Cucumber Basil Mint Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of crushed ice
  • a handful of Spinach ( optional is you want more veggies)
  • 1 -2 small Persian Cucumber
  • 1 handful of  Fresh Basil
  • Juice of one Lime
  • 3-4 stalks of Mint 
  • a packet of Vanilla Protein Powder.
  • a packet of Truvia

Place all in a blender and Enjoy!
