Cucumber Basil Mint Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice
- a handful of Spinach ( optional is you want more veggies)
- 1 -2 small Persian Cucumber
- 1 handful of Fresh Basil
- Juice of one Lime
- 3-4 stalks of Mint
- a packet of Vanilla Protein Powder.
- a packet of Truvia
Place all in a blender and Enjoy!
