How Does the Coaching Session Work?
Each coaching session is 45 minutes. We will connect either by telephone, video or in person. During each session, we will identify goals, develop a plan to accomplish them and then provide the follow-up and accountability that helps you support lasting change. At the end of every session, we will create a plan to move you closer to your goals. You will walk away with an action plan.
What is the Coach-Client Relationship?
It is a dynamic and positive relationship based on collaboration, confidentiality, and trust. The coach sees you as a healthy, whole, and resourceful individual, capable of changing. The coach is not a therapist, the coach is your guide on your journey of self discovery
You set the agenda and your success depends upon your willingness to commit to change, to take risks and to try new approaches. You will be encouraged to take ownership and self-responsibility. You will be working to build productive habits and systems that lead to the changes you want to see in your life.
