Italian Chicken with Zucchini Noodles and Tomatoes
Sauté one pound of cut up chicken tenders in one tablespoon of olive oil. Season with Salt and pepper and cook until browned. Keep warm on a plate. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and Sauté 2 pieces of garlic minced and when the garlic is fragrant but not browned add 1 quart of cut up cherry tomatoes. salt pepper, Italian seasoning and oregano. Cook 5-10 minutes. Add spiralized zucchini and the chicken. Cut up fresh basil and add to the pan before serving.
