World Gratitude Day
/Tomorrow, September 21st is World Gratitude Day. It was created in 1977 by the United Nations Meditation Group to express appreciation for the great things that individuals and groups do.
World Gratitude Day is your opportunity to show your gratitude and appreciation.
It’s a time to celebrate your existence, your passions, your family, your friends, our local hero’s and all the little things that bring joy into your everyday life.
What do you value? Who do you appreciate? How do you express your gratitude to others?
It’s a day to let your loved ones know how much you appreciate them. It’s a day to surprise someone by doing something nice for them or give them a thoughtful gift when they least expect it.
Keep a gratitude journal, wake up with a plan to be grateful and to show your gratitude.
